Beach/water hunting time.
Here in Florida our water temps at the beach is warming up above 80 degrees and the beaches are getting busy. At our last two club meetings we have a lot more jewelry showing up. How's the water hunting in your
area? We are fortunate in the Tampa Bay area by having about 34 miles of beach nearby. Our main problem is cost of parking if we can find any parking to start with! Wally |

Yep.
Well finding parking is a pain however, we don't pay half what they pay in Miami for parking....

Is there any place that will rent Water metal detectors? Since the Ace does not do good in the salt water. I'm sure when I am down there I will have to pay tolls and parking when I get there. One more question Can you hunt the beaches in the gulf?

Fifty two pennies, The Gulf is pretty much open to detecting unless your access is a state park. Even then if it is, it only includes the water and sand up to grass area. They normally don't allow detecting off the beach. I believe there are rentals available but you'll have to call around to the dealers. If you're going to be around Pinellas county (St. Pete/Clearwater) then Bill Jacksons does do rentals. Good luck and if I can help let me know!

Bugar,
We'll be looking forward to your visit. September is our main hurricane time so you sure don't want to miss that. Never know what those storm tossed seas might regurgitate up on the beaches for an old sea dog to find!! Just spit in the eye of them arabs and come on down. Wally |
